Lead Pricing Actuary for Retail Motor Insurance

We are seeking a seasoned actuary to spearhead the development of pricing models and strategies for retail motor insurance products, with a focus on balancing profitability and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated pricing models that optimize revenue while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making and enhance the customer experience.
  • Integrate advanced analytics, including AI and machine learning, into pricing decisions to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Automate complex actuarial workflows and build intuitive dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Contribute to digital transformation by enhancing pricing delivery across digital platforms and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
