Senior Identity Access Manager

The role of Senior Identity Access Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and controlled access to organizational resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security with a focus on IAM and cloud-based administration. They should be proficient in Azure Active Directory, conditional access, multi-factor authentication, and IAM lifecycle processes, as well as experience managing cloud tenants and security configurations.

Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and compliance tools is also desirable. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to enforce role-based access controls and least privilege principles, participating in IAM-related projects such as onboarding new applications, automating access workflows, and enhancing authentication mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining IAM solutions
  • Implementing and managing user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews across cloud and on-premises systems
  • Supporting the integration of IAM with cloud-based services, Azure Active Directory, and other enterprise applications
  • Creating new conditional access policies and reviewing existing ones
  • Monitoring and responding to IAM-related incidents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain and update IAM documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and technical configurations.
