About the Job :

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team and lead complex global payroll implementations. This role is particularly critical in scaling up payroll operations, where adaptability, process optimization, and operational efficiency are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in end-to-end global payroll implementations project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects within designated timelines while ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and completing Payroll & SaaS implementation projects, defining project goals, objectives, and scope, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with business policies.

This role involves maintaining proactive communication, mitigating project risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. The Project Manager will also oversee system integration testing, ensure client sign-off on results, manage master data migration planning, template preparation, and validation processes, and implement automated data validation checks and reconciliation for SaaS-based payroll platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define project scope based on the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to prevent scope creep.
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, quality, performance standards, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, scope documents, and requirement specifications.
  • Manage client expectations with respect to the scope and project timelines.
  • Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication of key milestones, including Hypercare transition.

Requirements :

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end global payroll implementations project management .
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
