Expert Payroll Consultant

Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned expert to configure, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, PCRs, and reporting.

  • Configure and implement EC and ECP systems
  • Perform system testing and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities
  • Manage integrations between EC, ECP, and third-party systems
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and schemas
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using middleware such as Boomi or other solutions
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and country-specific payroll localization
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution
