We are seeking an expert in PeopleSoft HCM development to join our team. As a Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for production support and application enhancements. Your primary focus will be on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with functional users to understand business requirements and document them accurately.
  • Analyze systems, research delivered functionality, and existing customizations.
  • Identify potential impacts of proposed application changes on other modules within the application.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions that meet business needs and deadlines, adhering to team development standards.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve production issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.
  • Experience working with Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Familiarity with the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
