Financial Data Analyst Role About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing financial data, analyzing financial statements, and supporting daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process payroll information for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and accounts payable.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial records.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in accounting or financial analysis role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
