Quantitative Trading Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Trading Professional to join our team. As a systematic prop trader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Design and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies to achieve optimal performance.
  • Back Testing and Analysis: Conduct rigorous back testing and statistical analysis of trading models to ensure their efficacy and robustness.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies to minimize potential losses.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated expertise in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results.
  • Quantitative Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management.
  • Market Microstructure Knowledge: Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
  • Industry Experience: Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms, or investment banks preferred.
