Business Valuation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Valuation Expert to join our team. This role involves working on a wide variety of challenging projects that require financial analysis, business and financial modeling, forecasting, and valuations focusing on complex financial instruments and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain an effective sales strategy for the valuation practice area.
  • Maintain a professional network and engage with peers in other geographic markets and assurance, tax, and consulting areas.
  • Contribute thought leadership in the practice area and serve as a primary advisor to clients, managing engagement teams.
  • Oversee and train other valuation professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field preferred; MBA or other Master's a plus.
  • Professional certifications: ABV/CPA, ASA or CFA.
  • Experience valuing complex financial instruments, including option pricing models, Monte Carlo simulations, and Binomial Models.
  • Programming languages such as MatLab, R, and Bloomberg.
  • Practice development and management, marketing, and thought leadership skills as it relates to complex financial instruments.
