Job Title: Quantitative Trading Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantitative Trading Intern to join our team. As a Quantitative Trading Analyst, you will work closely with our research team to develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research on cryptocurrency markets, including price modeling, volatility analysis, and market microstructure.
  2. Develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies using statistical modeling techniques.
  3. Analyze large datasets across multiple exchanges to uncover patterns and identify trading opportunities.
  4. Create research reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with engineers to integrate research into production trading systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computational Finance, Physics).
  • Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics (e.g., probability, linear algebra, calculus).
  • Programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts.
  • Experience with data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and statistical modeling techniques.
