Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and outcome-oriented Team Lead - Operations to drive our team to achieve set KPI targets and enable long-term client success with our full-funnel Marketing Solutions product suite. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a strategy to drive long-term success with clients at scale, inspire and develop the team to provide consultative solutions, and coach and develop team members to be resilient in the face of challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive long-term success with clients at scale.
  • Inspire and develop the team to provide consultative solutions to shape and grow client businesses.
  • Coach and develop team members to be resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Marketing Solutions product portfolio and industry knowledge.
  • Be the liaison between the client and the team, owning client engagement and sales management.
  • Develop and implement best practices and key metrics for the team to provide world-class new customer education and onboarding.
  • Identify areas of opportunities in our services and contribute to the development of systems, tools, and processes to realize those opportunities.
  • Influence product enhancements, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Client management, SLA management, stakeholders management, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, customer service skills.
  • Team management and time management.
  • Good analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Open to working in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of overall relevant experience, with at least 1 year of experience in managing people.
  • Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Studies or other related areas preferred.
  • CMS navigation proficiency required for handling day-to-day operations.
  • Sales knowledge on social media platforms.
  • Performance review and reporting skills.
  • Candidates should be flexible with restored day offs and working in shifts.
  • Salesforce hands-on experience is an added advantage.
