Job Description

We seek an experienced Market Growth Leader to spearhead our expansion in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, expand distribution networks, and lead business development efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing market entry & growth strategies for India.
  • Expanding distribution networks & strategic alliances.
  • Leading Business Development for APIs, PFIs, and Finished Dosages.
  • Driving market intelligence, customer engagement, and deal closures.
  • Building and leading a high-performing team.
Requirements

The successful candidate should have a strong background in Business Management, preferably with a specialization in Science or Pharma.

Key Requirements include:

  • Significant experience in India Pharma market entry, Sales, and Business Development.
  • Expertise in B2B Pharma (APIs & Formulations) and regulatory understanding.
  • Established network with decision-makers in the pharma industry.
Preferred Qualifications

A leadership background in the pharma industry would be beneficial.
