Process Intelligence Professional

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in deploying process intelligence solutions across client environments, enabling data-driven business optimization and digital transformation.

  • Process Mining & Analysis: Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, develop dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements.
  • Business Process Optimization: Configure and deploy process intelligence solutions for client projects, extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems, build and optimize event logs, data models, and process flows.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions using process intelligence capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with process intelligence product updates and best practices, propose enhancements to existing implementations for better performance and scalability.
  • Documentation & Support: Maintain clear documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and solution architecture, provide training and support to internal teams and clients on process intelligence usage.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years overall in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools, experience with ERP systems, familiarity with scripting languages.
  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business process management, ability to interpret and model complex workflows.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management, analytical mindset with attention to detail, self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
