We are seeking an experienced and proactive Linux Server Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure support environment, you will be responsible for managing server lifecycle operations, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs, and providing level 3 technical support for Linux server environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations: Deliver incident management, service requests, change requests, and root cause analysis in line with ITIL processes.
  • Server Lifecycle Management: Manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and decommissioning of physical and virtual servers.
  • Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization: Conduct performance testing, system tuning, and troubleshooting for server-related issues, especially during outages or degradation.
  • Storage and OS Management: Administer storage operations using NetApp NFS and handle OS image maintenance, patch management, and repository/package management.
  • Monitoring and Documentation: Configure and roll out server monitoring and alerts, and document infrastructure services, solutions, and procedures for quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
