
Front Desk Manager

The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, handle day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth front desk functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage check-ins, check-outs, billing, and respond to phone calls and emails.
- Identify errors or lapses and rectify them in real-time.
- Implement and review policies, systems, and processes for continuous improvement.
- Fill in for absent staff members or peak workload periods.
- Monitor guest services and maintain excellent standards.
- Provide meet-and-greet services for VIP arrivals.
- Answer inquiries for short-term and long-term stays.
- Communicate effectively and provide professional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills, be customer-centric, and possess effective communication and organizational abilities. A degree in hotel management is preferred, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in a 4/5 star hotel.
