Job Title: Scalable Systems Designer

 

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and build scalable systems using FastAPI.

You will work closely with our engineering team to develop workflow orchestration pipelines using Temporal or similar technologies. Your expertise in context management, prompt engineering, and AI-engineering will enable you to implement memory and context systems for knowledge retrieval and adaptive workflows.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for managing authentication, user integrations, and secure credential handling. You will own deployment, monitoring, and scaling of backend infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are robust and reliable.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Python/FastAPI
  • Proven ability to design workflow orchestration and agent systems
  • Experience with context management, prompt engineering, and AI-engineering (about 1-2 years of experience with AI and agents)
  • Knowledge of Postgres and vector databases
  • Ability to build systems for multi-step planning, minimal hallucination, and graceful error recovery
  • Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and dynamic workflow generation (functional programming approaches)
