This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge agentic AI systems within a cloud-native environment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting and designing multi-agent orchestration strategies for clinical data workflows, source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and guiding AI engineers, developers, and DevOps teams on agent-based designs and scalable ML workflows, as well as partnering with clinical SMEs, compliance teams, and sponsors to ensure technical solutions align with business outcomes and regulatory standards.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, and strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent pipelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8–12 years in AI/ML engineering.
  • Proven expertise with AWS AI stack: Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend Medical, Textract, Kendra, Lex.
  • Strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, AutoGen).
  • Hands-on experience in workflow orchestration (Step Functions, Airflow, Temporal) and multi-agent pipelines.
  • Background in healthcare/life sciences AI solutions with understanding of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GxP, FDA/EMA guidelines preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and solution governance skills.
