Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a Senior Leader to spearhead the creation and execution of distinctive brand identity for our university campuses in India.


This strategic role combines creative thinking, data-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration to shape perceptions, drive enrolment, deepen engagement, and build long-term university brand reputation.


Key responsibilities include:


• Developing a composite brand strategy that balances global equity with unique positioning in the Indian market.
• Building scalable brand architecture to support multiple academic programs, partnerships, and audiences.
• Maintaining brand guidelines and governance frameworks across all platforms and touchpoints.

You will also lead influencer marketing campaigns, design and manage large-scale ATL/BTL activations, oversee media strategy and planning, and drive usability and SEO improvements on the university's website.


Requirements & Experience:

  • 10-12 years in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles.
  • First-hand experience of building brands in the Indian market.
  • Demonstrated success in building and launching new brands.
  • Proven experience in driving large-scale impact through influencer campaigns.
  • Exceptional creative judgment, stakeholder leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
