Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer for New Product Development

This role is responsible for ensuring that new products meet the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers throughout the development cycle to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • PPAP Submission: Manage the submission of PPAP documents to customers, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Customer Audit / Line Audit Closure Submission: Oversee customer audits and ensure that line audit closure submissions are completed.
  • Problem Solution During Development: Provide solutions to problems that arise during development and implement necessary countermeasures.
  • Countermeasure Submission: Submit countermeasures to customers based on identified issues during the development phase.
  • Project Handling: Manage projects in line with customer timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
Required Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have experience in problem-solving and communication, as well as knowledge of quality assurance principles and processes. Additionally, a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality management systems is essential.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in T0, T1, and T3 assembly trial problem solutions and action implementation.
  • Strong customer interaction and PPAP experience.
  • Knowledge of MSA, SPC, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Expertise in plastic molding, 8D report submission, and auditing skills.
