**Quality Assurance Leader Role**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our software testing and quality processes. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing QA teams, ensuring product reliability, and driving continuous improvement in quality standards.

  • Develop a comprehensive QA strategy, incorporating industry best practices and aligning with business objectives.
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks to guarantee thorough testing.
  • Elevate testing integration within the Agile development lifecycle to minimize defects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, testers, and automation specialists to foster a culture of quality ownership.
  • Assign tasks, review performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and career development of QA staff to ensure a skilled workforce.
  • Spearhead manual, automated, functional, regression, performance, and security testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure defect-free releases and meet business goals.
  • Track defects, prioritize bugs, and ensure timely resolution to minimize business impact.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for software quality, including defect density, test coverage, and release quality.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, CMMI, GDPR, SOC2, or other relevant requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvements in test processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate QA progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Provide quality metrics and dashboards to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
