Job Title: Resource Utilization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Resource Utilization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.

Your primary objective will be to maintain accurate resource allocation records and ensure data accuracy in resource management systems.

You will also play a key role in coordinating with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.

In addition, you will support forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts.

You will be responsible for preparing reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.

Another critical aspect of the job is facilitating onboarding and offboarding of project resources.

You will communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.

Your goal will be to ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements.

This position requires a strong ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in resource planning processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ Years of Experience in Resource Management
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Resource Management Tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Multitask and Manage Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment
