Job Title: Product Innovation Leader

Salary: ₹1500000 - ₹2000000 per annum

Location: Bengaluru, India

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physical Product Innovation & Workspace Design:
    • Redefine and innovate workspace design to create functional, comfortable, and visually appealing environments that cater to diverse clientele.
    • Lead end-to-end development of workspace infrastructure, focusing on optimizing furniture, fixtures, and spatial layouts to enhance user experience and maximize space utilization.
    • Collaborate with design and projects teams to implement cutting-edge designs and ensure timely execution of projects.
    • Identify and implement modular and scalable solutions such as ergonomic workstations, soundproof pods, and collaborative zones that cater to evolving customer needs.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:
    • Establish and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure setup, maintenance, and service delivery to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    • Work closely with operations and facilities teams to streamline workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve productivity.
    • Implement robust preventive maintenance programs to ensure high-quality, seamless operations across all locations.
    • Drive sustainability initiatives by incorporating energy-efficient solutions and environmentally friendly materials in workspace design.
  • Revenue Growth & Product Optimization:
    • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue from products such as day passes, bulk passes, and meeting room bookings.
    • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and optimize product offerings for different customer segments.
    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute promotions and campaigns that drive product adoption and increase occupancy rates.
    • Explore new revenue opportunities by creating premium offerings such as exclusive workspace designs and bespoke service packages.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Use advanced analytics to monitor key performance indicators such as space utilization, revenue per seat, and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and industry analysis to keep BHIVE Workspace's products ahead of the curve.
    • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, leveraging data to guide decision-making and long-term strategy.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8-10 years of experience in product management, business strategy, or operations, with a strong focus on physical infrastructure and customer-centric service delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling physical products, including workspace layouts, furniture, and other tangible assets.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize SOPs for efficient product delivery and operational excellence.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving product profitability.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in leveraging analytics to inform strategy and measure success.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of workspace trends and a passion for creating environments that enhance productivity, comfort, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive change across teams.
