Digital Product Leader for Financial Innovation

We are shaping the future of financial education at StockGro, and we need a skilled Digital Product Leader to drive our vision forward.
As a Digital Product Leader, you will be responsible for executing our product strategy, developing innovative digital products, defining ideas with relevant stakeholders, aligning company and user needs, and driving execution.
Your role will be an intersection between Technology and Business. While subject matter expertise is valuable, we want someone who understands our business goals, the hurdles our engineering team faces, and can work well with all stakeholders to make things happen.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and define product/feature vision and strategy, co-developing with leadership, leading from ideation to execution.
- Operate autonomously, taking self-initiatives to resolve product problems and business challenges.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, UX/UI designers, researchers, marketers, and growth hackers to bring ideas to life and make investing easy, fun, and accessible.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders, highlighting value and impact on company strategy and direction.
- Determine the viability of new initiatives and understand cross-functional requirements, living problem-solving.
- Own end-to-end product launch and GTM.
- Bring consensus in situations with disagreement or conflicting priorities among key stakeholders.
- Manage and influence stakeholders on new product ideas and drive product adoption, using strong influencing skills and negotiation tactics.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience.
- Prior background in technology is preferred; MBA is an added bonus.
- Good understanding of the Indian financial and investing landscape.
- Track record of successfully building and leading digital products, preferably with some startup experience.
- Knowledge and experience in scrum/agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Independent, confident, and comfortable engaging all levels of stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker able to function in a results-oriented, data-rich, and metrics-driven environment.
- A hustler with excellent problem-solving skills, dynamic, charismatic, and remarkable critical thinking abilities.
- Works by influence, data, logic, and reasoning.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
