About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our founding team as a Technology Innovation Leader - Enterprise Product. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building out our platform in collaboration with a joint team of in-house and third-party technology partners. Your expertise will shape the future of our technology platform, driving it to deliver top-notch products to our clients.

This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with co-founders and contribute significantly to shaping the company's vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing engineering teams, including full-stack developers, UI/UX developers, data engineers, data scientists, and IoT engineers. You will manage engineering budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery of products, lead client interactions on all technology-related discussions, and ensure compliance with global industry standards and regulations.

Key Requirements
  • 10-14 years of experience in technology, with a proven track record of leading multiple product buildouts.
  • Expertise in enterprise products and technologies such as Angular, C#, .NET Core, MS SQL server, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with international standards and regulations, including GDPR and ISO.
  • Strong leadership skills, sound decision-making abilities, and the capacity to adapt to fast-evolving requirements.
