Job Title: Squad Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the success of our data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and team leadership abilities.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact position that requires someone who can effectively manage and guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver large-scale data programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand pricing-specific data requirements and translating business needs into technical outcomes.
- Utilizing technical and functional knowledge to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
- Performing business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements, performing gap analysis, and creating technical specifications.
- Driving implementation best practices using Azure DevOps for work management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Databricks, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Data Engineering, and managing large-scale data programs. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and experience managing large teams across multiple modules is highly preferred.
