
Senior Human Resources Leader

A seasoned professional with 4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role is sought after to manage HR operations, drive talent acquisition, and foster a positive organisational culture in a fast-paced real estate environment.
The ideal candidate will be adept at:
- Managing HR operations, driving talent acquisition, and fostering a positive organisational culture
- Handling employee relations issues, providing guidance on HR policies, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Crafting and implementing HR policies across the organisation
- Developing and implementing performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans
- Developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness
- Overseeing compensation planning and benefits administration, as well as ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures
- Designing and implementing training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Handling audits and reporting as needed
Key Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant Manager will lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the real estate sector. They will also handle employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws specific to the real estate sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and performance issues.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
