Job Title: ITSM Solution Designer

We are seeking a skilled ITSM solution designer to join our team. As a key member of our digital engineering and technology services group, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful solutions to leading companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Service Management Solution Development:
    • Design and develop IT service management solutions using out-of-the-box Fresh Service tools and customization based on business requirements.
  • Technical Design and Documentation:
    • Participate in designing meeting and consulting with business clients to refine test and debug programs to meet business needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate effectively with other IT teams to analyze and understand requirements and then transform the requirements into a valid solution.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Provide feedback from fields on process improvements and help champion fresh service process management.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support for the implementation and delivery of applications in a fast-paced agile project environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mid-level engineer skill set with strong experience in API development and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM background and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with NEXLA middleware and knowledge of API methods is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HTML and Webhooks parsing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work closely with business and IT teams to gather input and support ongoing business needs.
