About the Job: We are looking for a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) tool architect to join our team.

As an ITSM tool architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the company's IT service management platform using various tools such as Cherwell ITSM, ServiceNow FSM, and others. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless integration of these tools with other applications and platforms in an agile scrum environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, system administrators, and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ITSM tools, middleware, and APIs. You should be proficient in technologies such as NEXLA, FreshService, and Vmware-vrealize-automation. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git is also desirable.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement ITSM applications and configure workflow
  • Collaborate with clients and participate in client and business discussions for requirements gathering and planning
  • Perform onsite design and functional review before delivering the modules
  • Configure and customize the system to support business process and functionality
