Corporate Legal Leader

The primary role of the Principal Legal Counsel is to provide strategic legal and compliance solutions to the business.

This position requires an experienced legal professional with a strong background in implementing and managing corporate compliance programs, including whistleblower policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have expertise in conducting risk evaluations, mitigating risks using analytics and automation tools, reviewing and improving whistleblower systems and employee feedback mechanisms, and planning and organizing trainings and communications to enhance the whistleblower program.

Additional responsibilities include interpreting new regulations and laws by reviewing and analyzing proposed and adopted state legislation and regulations, handling complaints and investigations, and collaborating with various functions to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a JD degree, relevant experience as a compliance counsel, and additional qualifications such as CA or CFA.
