Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results with data-based insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions and mine and analyze data from databases to optimize product development and business strategies.

You will assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques, develop custom models and algorithms to apply to data sets, and use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
  • Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Presentation of information using data visualization techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as R, Python, and statistical computer languages.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques, including clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, and XGBoost.
  • Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics regression simulation scenario analysis modeling clustering decision trees neural networks.
  • Experience visualizing and presenting data for stakeholders.
