Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

  • Ensure financial accuracy and integrity by utilizing advanced proficiency in Yardi software, including journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting.

  • Generate and review financial reports using Yardi, including budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and portfolio performance reports.

  • Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows within Yardi, ensuring timely and accurate processing, invoice reconciliation, and vendor communications.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, facilitating audits and providing necessary documentation.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within Yardi, streamline procedures, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

  • Yardi Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting, demonstrating advanced proficiency.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry.

  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com/M.Com/CA/CPA/CFA degree with minimum 2-3 years of corporate experience.
