Machine Learning Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and implement algorithms and models using Python and relevant libraries.

This role requires expertise in developing AI/ML solutions, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques. You will work collaboratively with senior data scientists and developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications, train and test ML models, and manage required datasets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions, proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar, and proficiency in using machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision is also desired, with experience in manufacturing and supply chain being a plus.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement algorithms and models using Python and relevant libraries.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models that address real-world business challenges, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Collaborate with senior data scientists and developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications, train and test ML models, and manage required datasets.
  • Assist in debugging, testing, and improving applications, and perform rigorous testing and validation procedures to assess model performance.
