Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive our AI/ML strategy and spearhead cutting-edge solution development.

  • Develop and execute the company's AI/ML vision, leading data science teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
  • Establish a roadmap and strategy for AI/ML initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and architect scalable ML/DL solutions for NLP, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
  • Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with data ethics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define problem statements and measurable outcomes.
  • Deploy and scale models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  • Represent the company in AI/ML forums, conferences, and communities.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and applied mathematics.
  • Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Proven experience in NLP, Deep Learning, Transformers/LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly).
  • Exposure to Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing.
  • Proficiency with MLOps workflows & cloud AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Generative AI and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning (RLHF, Bandits, etc.).
  • Background in domain-specific AI applications (healthcare, finance, retail, etc.).
  • Strong publication record or patents in AI/ML.
