We are seeking a seasoned artificial intelligence and machine learning professional to join our team of innovators. The successful candidate will have expertise in developing AI/ML solutions that drive business value.

The role involves designing, implementing, and deploying algorithms and models that address real-world challenges. This requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.

Collaboration with senior data scientists and developers is essential for integrating machine learning algorithms into applications, training and testing ML models, and managing required datasets.

Data pipelines must be created and maintained for efficient data processing and model training. Database queries using SQL are necessary for retrieving required data.

Model evaluation is critical, involving debugging, testing, and improving applications. Rigorous testing and validation procedures assess model performance.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar is essential, as is expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques, solid knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision are also required. Experience in manufacturing and supply chain is beneficial.

The selected candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret complex cost data, and identify cost drivers. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present cost analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders, are also necessary.

A strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills will ensure success in this role.
