As a senior 3D product quality assurance leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high visual standards for realism, lighting, and layout in our 3D products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all 3D products
  • Lead audits of editor work, track rework trends, and drive corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with trainers to upskill editors based on real data and performance metrics, ensuring they have the necessary skills to meet quality expectations
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and optimize editing processes without compromising quality
  • Analyze Jeeves scores, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to enhance quality and reduce rework
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in virtual staging or related field
  • Proven QA or team lead experience with a strong focus on quality assurance and process improvement
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax, with ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing, or equivalent experience
