Quality Assurance Specialist.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Product & Engineering team. As a critical member of our team, you will ensure seamless experiences for HR leaders, employees, and organizational leaders across industries.

You will bring expertise in manual testing, test case writing, API testing, and automation, with the ability to test across different user roles and environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver well-documented test plans, test cases, and bug reports aligned with product requirements and user stories.
  • Provide comprehensive manual test coverage for new features, regression cycles, and multi-role workflows.
  • Develop automated test scripts that validate key flows across our web and mobile applications.
  • Implement API test cases and validations for backend services, ensuring secure and reliable integrations.
  • Contribute to QA metrics and reporting that track defect trends, coverage, and release readiness.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.
  • Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
