Job Title:

IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a technically proficient and compliance-aware IT professional to support and enhance our IT infrastructure within a finance-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve 95% of IT-related issues within defined SLAs, ensure 98% user satisfaction, and maintain high-quality deliverables with minimal downtime.
  • Conduct quarterly risk assessments.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize services on cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Configure and enforce policies using Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions.
  • Conduct and support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) audits.
  • Implement and monitor security controls aligned with financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain endpoint protection and threat detection using cybersecurity best practices.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, network traffic monitoring, and segmentation.
  • Administer Linux servers and automate tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Maintain detailed records of configurations, incidents, and compliance reports.
  • Assist in preparing audit documentation and responding to regulatory inquiries.
  • Maintain system health, patching, and performance optimization across platforms.
  • Support secure remote access, VPN, and intrusion prevention systems.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to long-term IT strategy with bi-annual reviews.
