Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our organization and drive business growth through strategic financial planning and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to support business objectives.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Performance Management & Reporting:
    • Design and implement performance metrics to measure business success.
    • Develop and present regular financial reports to stakeholders.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management:
    • Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
    • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive sales growth and market competitiveness.
    • Analyze product and customer profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Business Case Development & Evaluation:
    • Partner with business teams to develop compelling business cases for new initiatives and investments.
    • Evaluate financial assumptions and projections within business cases.
    • Ensure that business cases align with overall financial strategy and deliver expected returns.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and optimize financial systems and tools.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management, the board of directors, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
