Banking Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing excellent service and ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly.
- Raise customer complaints or requests in the relevant CRM tool to ensure seamless issue resolution and accurate record-keeping.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers, driving revenue expansion and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, efficiency, and accuracy while adhering to all compliance guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and system upgrades to deliver exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.
- Strive to meet or surpass monthly sales targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to capture issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.
