Job Title: Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Executive. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide prompt and accurate assistance across phone, email, and chat channels.

Your ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and provide guidance on visa application processes will be essential to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, delivering accurate information regarding services, procedures, and requirements, and handling and resolving customer complaints and issues.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
