Customer Order Management Expertise
Role Overview:
We seek a Customer Order Management Expert to handle customer orders, securing our position as a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers. As a key member of our team, you will manage end-to-end sales solutions and customer support cycles, fostering long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Account management and relationship-building
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Understanding customers' application requirements and suggesting suitable products
- Managing sales solutions and customer support from initial inquiry to delivery
- Technical and Commercial agreements with the customers
- Order coordination with production and logistics teams
- Addressing and resolving any issues or customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics in our ERP system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, fact-oriented, and detail-driven approach
- Autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated individual with high enthusiasm and persistence
- Proven track record of successful sales and customer management experience
