Order Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, including tracking, shipping, and delivery issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items, and communicate resolutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and order management efficiency
  • Accurately process customer orders

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in order management
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Language: Fluency in English is required
