Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our education and skilling initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and team members
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, making adjustments as needed

Fundraising and Partnerships:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, building partnerships with key stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with donors.

Team Leadership and Process Management:

The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of cross-functional teams, including operations, fundraising, and finance.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for implementing evaluation frameworks, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Financial Management:

The successful candidate will oversee budget management, fund allocation, and cash flow tracking.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or public policy
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the development sector
  • Proven success in scaling programs, fundraising, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with comfort using digital platforms and project management tools
