Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our US Staffing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Support:
  • Navigate the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.
  • Background Verification Coordination:
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely screenings.
  • Compliance Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance-related documents are completed and stored per organizational standards.
  • MSP Portal Management:
  • Efficiently manage MSP portals, ensuring timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • Process Development:
  • Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
  • Federal Compliance:
  • Apply understanding of US federal employment regulations to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
  • Audit Readiness:
  • Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support audits.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in US Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support
  • Hands-on experience with MSP portals (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass) is required
  • Working knowledge of US federal employment regulations and contractor compliance
  • Experience preparing and maintaining SOPs or process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
