Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A visionary leader is required to drive a mid-sized forging and manufacturing company into a globally competitive enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts
  • Improving throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality
  • Deploying capital expenditures with IRR/ROI discipline
  • Institutionalizing data-driven governance
  • Establishing a high-performing culture

What We're Looking For in a Candidate:

  • At least 18 years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering
  • A proven track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capital deployment
