Job Opportunity:
As a life insurance sales professional, you will engage with clients and prospects to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, reference networks, and market activities
- Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
- Explain policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and resolve their queries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business success
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with branch teams, operations, and underwriters to ensure smooth policy processing
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain timely records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems
