Job Title: Leasing Director

Job Overview:

The leasing director will oversee the entire leasing process from inception to close, ensuring seamless coordination between in-house personnel, tenants, outside counsel, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities. This role requires a facilitator who can navigate complex negotiations, track and organize paperwork, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between various stakeholders to negotiate, organize, and support leasing processes.

Manage daily activities of the leasing operations department, adhering to organizational policies and standards.

Responsible for reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

Oversee completion of necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.

Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace and maintain high networking with key players.

Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Lead direct marketing or sales efforts to corporates.

Qualifications:

PGDM / MBA required. Certification in retail leasing is an added advantage.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in leasing operations.

Key Skills:

Good presentation skills to convince prospective brands.
