We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timeline creation, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, government officials, and corporate clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain open communication channels, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project stability and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in government or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of government tendering, compliance, and documentation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Prior experience in construction chemicals, coatings, or related industrial solutions is preferred.
