Job Title: Travel Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Expert to join our team. As a Travel Expert, you will be responsible for designing customized travel itineraries for high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute tailored travel experiences for discerning clients.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of luxury travel destinations and upscale accommodations.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on luxury travel trends and destination insights.
  • Provide prompt and thorough communication with clients throughout the travel planning process.
  • Address and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials for luxury travel experiences.
  • Stay informed about the global travel industry's trends and dynamics through ongoing education and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the luxury travel sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, business, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury travel markets and the unique requirements of high net worth individuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with affluent clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficient in assessing client needs, market trends, and designing appropriate travel solutions.
  • Good command over Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and familiar with CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals in the luxury travel market.
  • Cultural sensitivity to understand and cater to diverse cultural preferences and expectations of international high net worth travelers.
