About the Opportunity

This role is for an experienced jeweller who can work in a luxury sales environment, providing expert styling advice and exceptional service to discerning clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert styling advice tailored to each customer's preferences, lifestyle, and occasion.
  • Curate looks and recommend products that reflect the client's personality and the brand's elegance.
  • Offer insights on gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and latest trends in luxury jewellery.
  • Buildeffective relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product lines, collections, precious stones, and customisation options.
