Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior-level Senior US Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in South Delhi or Faridabad. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer experience within the US travel market.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in US travel sales with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in airline sales, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Experience in executing and managing Google campaign call sales to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Ability to effectively handle PPC calls and maximize inbound sales opportunities for growth.
- Deep knowledge of the US market, including customer behavior and industry trends.
- Proven success in international airline sales, with the capability to adapt to diverse customer demographics.
- Strong inbound sales skills, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Experience in B2C sales, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure deals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting the US travel market to achieve company sales goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Leverage expertise in US travel sales to deliver customized travel solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery to clients.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Conduct market research to remain updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
